BILL BUSH
USGTF Level III Member, Townsend,Delaware

Bill Bush is in his
second season as an assistant coach of the Wilmington College
(Delaware) golf program. As a longtime student of the game, Bill
is a professional clubmaker and owns his own clubmaking
business, Bushs Custom Clubs & Repairs, nat his home near
Townsend, Delaware. He is a member of the Golf Clubmakers
Association (GCA), and has obtained his professional
accreditation over the past several years.
In January 2006,
Bill achieved the GCAs highest level, Advanced. He has also
received instruction in quality clubmaking at the GolfSmith
Training School located in Austin, Texas, and he has
successfully completed the industry standard, The Complete
Clubmakers Training as well as the Advanced Clubmaking, Fitting
and REpair schools.
He has also been
honored with the prestigious award of Delaware GCA Clubmaker of
the Year for 2005-2006 and again for 2006-2007. He became a
fully- certified USGTF Level III golf teaching professional in
2004, and is still an instructor in many clinics and lessons.
Bill worked in
law enforcement as a criminal arson investigator in his position
as a deputy state fire marshal with the state of Delaware until
his retirement in 2003. Bill also served as a past president of
the Christiana Fire Company and is currently a life member.
