I received my
certification way back in April 1992, 15 years ago at Lehigh
Acres, Florida. I have watched the USGTF steadily grow over the
years into the premier organization it is today.
As a teen, I played
golf even though my high school did not have a golf team. In
four years from ages 13-17, I won 27 junior tournaments all
throughout the Midwest. I earned two varsity letters in golf at
Macomb County Community College in Warren, Michigan, and was
captain my last year there.
I have worked at my
golf business hard these past 15 years. Nothing comes easy, and
it certainly has paid off. I have recently been named head
professional and club manager of the prestigious Caloosa Golf &
Country Club in beautiful Sun City Center, Florida.
I have the privilege
of working with another USGTF professional, Mike Stevens. Mike
conducts one of his school locations through our course and does
a great job.
I will always be
indebted to Geoff Bryant and the USGTF for giving me the
opportunity to pursue my dream and truly making my dream come
true.
