My name is Jim Grover, and I have been a USGTF Level III member
since 2002. I have built a clientele of over four hundred students, and on
December 1, 2009 I created my own indoor teaching facility in Flat Rock,
North Carolina. With everything in place, from club and accessory sales to
a full-service repair center, as well as practice and teaching stations, this
venture is proving to be highly successful.
My wife Sandy takes care of all the books, advertising, and sales,
leaving me time to sell, repair and fit clubs and do my teaching. I have
used video for several years in my lessons and I have now added the use
of a Zelocity Pure launch monitor to better analyze things like spin rates,
launch angles, clubhead and ball speeds, and more.
In short, I am busy; I am doing what I most enjoy, and certainly
appreciate the opportunity that the USGTF has given me.
