Please accept my official resignation as a member of the United States Golf Teachers Federation. With this resignation, I understand that I relinquish all rights, responsibilities, and privileges as a member, effective immediately.
Therefore, I agree that from now on, I will not use the USGTF name and/or logo for any purpose, including promotions and also agree that I may be subject to legal punishment if I fail to comply to this.
I also understand that with this resignation, I may have the option to rejoin as a member of the USGTF in the future with applicable requirements at the time.
