Full Job Description

Golf Shop Assistant will assist with daily golf operations to include, but not limited to; perform open and closing procedures, ensure cash and credit card charges balance, secure golf shop and storage buildings, monitor guest preferences, usage patterns, and satisfaction, assess the quality of internal and external guest services and speed of play, handle guest inquiries and/or complaints in accordance with operating policies and procedures, assist with organizing and implementing tournaments, group outings, and special events, ensure efficient operations and coordination of golf shop, and other services as applicable. Individual must be self motivated and have the ability to multi-task under pressure while continuing to deliver superior customer service at all times in order to maintain our fun and friendly service atmosphere. Golf Shop and/or Hospitality Service experience is required as well as love for a high paced work environment. Position will work 4 to 5 days a week 6 to 10 hour shifts. Additional income will include but not limited to; Retail & Membership Sales commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
