Searching a highly experienced, visionary and engaging leader who can create memorable member experiences. The General Manager is the Club’s senior-most staff executive. The GM is responsible for building a service-based, welcoming culture and for managing the operations of the Club. Of primary importance is the focus of continuous improvement in member/guests satisfaction, while building a sustainable and profitable business. The GM administers and develops operating policies and procedures and directing the work of all departments. The GM implements and monitors the budget, ensures the quality of the Club’s services, and leads his/her team in providing maximum member/guest satisfaction.
Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
