These agreements are contributing to the development of golf professionals and the creation of practical, hands-on educational environments, serving as a vital foundation for enhancing the industry's overall competitiveness.USGTF-KOREA EXPANDS MOUS TO FOSTER GOLF INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTSTORIES FROM AROUND THE WORLD KOREABy Brandon Lee, President, USGTFThe federation has built strong partnerships with 12 leading Korean universities, including Konkuk University, Chung-Ang University, Sejong University, Myongji University, and Seokyeong University. Through these collaborations, the federation continues to engage in a wide range of initiatives such as the joint development and operation of golf-related educational programs, enhancement of instructional capabilities, and co-planning and marketing for industry advancement.In addition, the federation is establishing an integrated cooperation system by supporting and coordinating on the USGTF Golf Teaching Professional certification, sharing educational facilities and co-hosting conferences with partner institutions.Notably, to strengthen on-site instruction and practical field lessons for its certified members, the federation has formed business partnerships with numerous golf courses nationwide.
