Memphis is known for the blues, great barbecue, and being the home of the great Elvis Presley.  And now, the Memphis area will also be the home for the 18th annual United States Golf Teachers Cup, set for Monday and Tuesday, October 7-8, at Tunica National Golf Club in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi, approximately 35 minutes from downtown Memphis and Memphis International Airport. Tunica National was host to Sectional qualifying for the 2011 US Open, testing the likes of Sergio Garcia, Chris DiMarco, Brian Gay, and Frederik Jacobson.  The course is in excellent condition and will present a fine test for USGTF participants. More information can be found at www.TunicaNational.com. Harrah’s Tunica will be the host hotel, and the closing banquet will be held at the nationally renowned Paula Deen’s Buffet.  Information can be found at www.HarrahsTunica.com. Memphis’ central location makes it convenient for participants all across the country to access our 18th annual event.  We look forward to seeing you in October.
