Description

reporting to the Sales and Services Manager, the STUDIO Golf Instructor will provide World-class service by engaging with every customer building lasting relationships. The instructor will be responsible for achieving KPIs, including lessons taught, booking percentages, and clinic participation, while proactively growing their business and maintaining a full schedule. Additionally, the instructor will organize clinics, develop custom lesson plans and track student progress. The role includes maintaining operational standards in all assigned areas, promoting products and services, and utilizing technology to enhance lessons. A strong focus on customer engagement and operational excellence is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
1) Engage with every Customer encounter and offer world class service
2) Responsible for achieving key performance indicators, including lessons taught, booking percentage and clinic participation.
3) Provide Customers with golf lessons using technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, V1 Sports video, Sam Putt Lab, uschedule, and Microsoft Office.
4) Proactively grow your business by attracting new clients, fostering long term relationships, and consistently keeping your schedule fully booked.
5) Organize and execute clinics and events to foster community engagement and skills development.
)6) Develop custom lesson plans tailored to address each students unique needs and goals.
7) Monitor students improvement, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training methods as necessary.
8) The role is expected to maintain a working knowledge of all front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, etc.
9) Assist in keeping the STUDIO area(Simulators, Components Drawer and Putting Green at a premiere visual level to drive the customer experience.
10) Ensure all STUDIO area equipment and supplies are always maintained and operational.
11) Maintaining the STUDIO area in a clean, professional presentation at all times.
12) Maintain in-depth product knowledge of various golf clubs .
13) Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across all departments

Qualifications

Candidates must have strong listening and interpersonal skills. they must possess good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate cross-functionally.

candidate must possess basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Candidate must be able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred. Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab and club building is highly preferred.. USGTF, PGA, LPGA members.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands: MUST be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb up and down a ladder, move through out the store, and lift a 30lb box overhead.

Schedule: MUST be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekend and holidays.

Business Acumen: Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training

Accountability: Candidates should demonstrate strong self-accountability and proactive drive for results
