Arizona becomes the 10th state to host the United States Golf Teachers Cup, and Talking Stick’s North Course in Scottsdale is the venue. For the past four years, Canadian senior golfers have won the title, and their names are Bill Hardwick (defending and two-time champion), Grant Gulych and Dave Belling. Will that trend continue this year, or will someone spoil the Canuck party, eh? If you’d like to break that trend (or continue it, if you’re a Canadian 50 and over, of course), come join us for our national championship event on Monday and Tuesday, October 10-11. Divisions include Open, Ladies, Senior (50+), Super Senior (60+), and Legends (70+). Also, Dr. Gregg Steinberg will hold a Master’s class for the International Golf Psychology Association on Wednesday, October 12; all are welcome. Regular U.S. Cup participants know that playing in the tournament is about more than the competition; the networking, friendships, staying in touch with your organization, and just plain fun and enjoyment are hard to beat.
