The 6th annual USGTF Southeast Region Championship will be held Saturday and Sunday, August 3-4, at World Woods Golf Course in Brooksville, Florida. World Woods is a nationally renowned 36-hole facility designed by Tom Fazio. The Pine Barrens Course is rated by Golf Magazine as one of America’s Top 100 Courses, and the Rolling Oaks Course is rated the 9th best public course in Florida. There is one overall division, with tee assignments based on age and gender.  The entry fee of $175 includes two tournament rounds plus warm-up balls, and prize money.  Southeast Region director Mike Stevens will conduct the Southeast Region meeting at dinner Saturday night, and USGTF president Geoff Bryant will also be in attendance.  The recommended hotel is the Quality Inn in Crystal River (www.ChoiceHotels.com). To enter, please send a check or money order for $175 to the USGTF National Office, or you may also enter by phone at (888) 346-3290 through credit card ($180).  The entry deadline is Thursday, July 25, and all USGTF members, regardless of residence, are welcome to play.  Don’t miss out on this chance to play at this spectacular facility!
